Reviewing Pills For Belly Fat

Let’s talk about pills for belly fat.

The Best Natural Weight Loss Supplements in 2022

A 2021 study published in Nature Medicine found one common factor in every overweight person – and here is the answer.
Pills for belly fat, do they work?

In short, yes. Let me explain……

A 2021 scientific study of 52,000 people has found that skinny people have a high level of brown adipose tissue (BAT), while overweight people have low brown adipose tissue levels.

Brown Adipose Tissue

Brown adipose tissue (BAT) transfers energy from food into heat. They are also known as Brown Fats and have more mitochondria than White Fats. These mitochondria burn more calories as they heat up the body, which makes them a natural belly fat burner.

You see, BAT is not at fat at all. It is not a fat storer, but a fat shrinker.

Skinny people have more BAT, which means they have more mitochondria. Burning calories 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Turning the calories from their fat stores into pure, natural energy and natural slimming.

So, what do we do?

In order to aid our weight loss journey, we need to increase our level of brown fats. Therefore, we get weight loss results without a strict diet or exercise. You can even burn calories while you sleep!

Scientific Ways to Activate Brown Fats

Sleep

Sleep activates Brown Fats. When you go to bed in a dark room before 10pm, you maximize the release of melatonin. Scientific research shows melatonin increases the metabolic activity of Brown Fats, as well as being a powerful antioxidant.

Lower The Temperature

Research shows keeping the room temperature at 19˚C (66˚F), taking a cold shower or ice bath, may activate genes that turn white fat into brown fat. The purpose of brown fats is to keep babies bodies warm and it appears adult can produce more BAT when exposed to the cold. A Finnish study showed workers exposed to the cold had more brown fats.

Exercise and some fruits, vegetables and herbs can also boost your BATS.

Foods To Activate Brown Fats

The benefits of brown fats are multiple. For instance, Brown Fat can also fuel itself with triglycerides from the blood. This lowers high blood glucose, reducing the risk of metabolic syndrome. It also lowers the risk of heart disease and stroke and, as a result, could lower the risk of Type 2 Diabetes.

10 Foods to Boost Brown Fats

Coffee

Research from the University of Nottingham found that one cup of coffee can stimulate the fat-fighting defenses in the body.

Michael Symonds, study co-director explains “Brown fat works in a different way to other fat in your body and produces heat by burning sugar and fat, often in response to cold. Increasing its activity improves blood sugar control as well as improving blood lipid levels and the extra calories burnt help with weight loss. However, until now, no one has found an acceptable way to stimulate its activity in humans,”.

This could also play a role in diet-related diseases such as diabetes and obesity.

He Continues –

“This is the first study in humans to show that something like a cup of coffee can have a direct effect on our brown fat functions. The potential implications of our results are pretty big, as obesity is a major health concern for society and we also have a growing diabetes epidemic and brown fat could potentially be part of the solution in tackling them.”

“From our previous work, we knew that brown fat is mainly located in the neck region, so we were able to image someone straight after they had a drink to see if the brown fat got hotter,” Symonds added.

Results

“The results were positive. We now need to ascertain that caffeine is acting as the stimulus or if there’s another component helping with the activation of brown fat. We are currently looking at caffeine supplements to test whether the effect is similar. Once we have confirmed which component is responsible for this, it could be used as part of a weight management regime,” he concluded.

Green Tea

Green help can help boost the metabolism and contribute to weight loss because it contains flavonoids and caffeine. Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a potent flavonoid in green tea, is an antioxidant that helps boost the metabolism.

A cup or 230ml of Green Tea contains just 20 – 45 mgs of caffeine, much less than a cup of coffee. This means, unlike the common after-effects of caffeinated beverages, which can include insomnia and restlessness, green tea improves physical performance and fat oxidation. Although, it should not be over consumed.

Green Tea helps reduce white fat cells and increase brown fats. This reduces white cell gain, burn calories and improve insulin levels in the body.

Perilla

”Purple perilla, rich in polyphenols such as rosmarnic acid, showed lipid lowering in adipocyte cells and avoided body weight gain in mice. Therefore we conclude that purple perilla may be a potential candidate for the advancement of functional foods or nutraceuticals in managing obesity in human beings.” – Antiobesity Effects of Purple Perilla (Perilla frutescens var. acuta) on Adipocyte Differentiation and Mice Fed a High-fat Diet (2018 ). DOI: 10.1111/ 1750-3841.14288

Perilla is used as a flavouring in food. Perilla oil contains omega 6 and omega 9 fatty acids. Polyunsaturated fats which are beneficial to your health, particularly regular immune system function. It can also be used to decrease muscle convulsions, sunstroke, nausea, support brain health and healthy cholesterol and, crucially for our purposes here, induce sweating.

Kudzu (Pueraria Lobata)

” PLRE induces brown adipocyte activity and sets off the development of brown-like cells in inguinal fat tissue, weight loss, and improved glucose metabolism. These results are primarily triggered by cell-autonomous activation of brown adipocytes and not by autonomic nerve system regulation.” Puerariae lobatae root extracts and the regulation of brown fat activity (2019 ). DOI: 10.1016/ j.phymed.2019.153075

Rich in antioxidants, Kudzu root is a herb used in Chinese medication for heart problems, eye and neck pain, alcohol addiction, menopause diabetes and the common cold. Full of neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory properties, isoflavone puerarin is the best antioxidant on the kudzu vine.

Holy Basil (Ocimum Sanctum)

” In conclusion, the usage of these plant infusions is a possible adjuvant therapy for metabolic modifications induced by obesity.” Consumption of Ocimum sanctum L. and Citrus paradisi infusions modulates lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in obese rats (2014 ). DOI: 10.1039/ c3fo604j

In a study, Holy Basil was shown to aid sleep problems and feelings of tiredness as well as decrease symptoms of stress-related sexual problems and forgetfulness. It is also shown to lower blood sugar levels and cholesterol, protect your stomach and ease joint discomfort.

White Korean Ginseng (Panax Ginseng)

Stronger powerful anti-obesity effect of white ginseng over red ginseng and the potential mechanisms involving chemically structural/compositional uniqueness to gut microbiota (2020 ). DOI: 10.1016/ j.phymed.2018.11.021

Asian ginseng (Chinese and Korean) is used for improved health, boosting the immune system, lowering tension and disease, diabetes and male erectile disfunction. Start with lower doses and boost over time to 1-2 grams of raw ginseng root (200-400 mg), as the suggested recommendation.

Amur Cork Bark (Phellodendron Amurense)

Our findings recommend that BBR might be a promising drug for weight problems and associated metabolic conditions in humans partially through triggering BAT. Berberine promotes the recruitment and activation of brown adipose tissue in mice and humans DOI: 10.1038/s41419-019-1706-y

Berberine is a quaternary ammonium salt from the protoberberine group of isoquinoline alkaloids. In vitro it exerts substantial anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities. In human beings, its lipid-lowering and insulin-resistance enhancing actions have actually clearly been shown in various randomized scientific trials. Berberine and Its Role in Chronic Disease (2016 ). DOI: 10.1007/ 978-3-319-41334-1_2

In China, this herb is used for treatment of tuberculosis, prevent the growth of prostate tumours and a chemopreventative agent for those with lung cancer, liver disease, pneumonia, meningitis, bacillary dysentery, cervical spondylosis, chronic suppurative otitis media, trichomoniasis vaginitis, liver cirrhosis, ear eczema, acute conjunctivitis and substances from the bark of the tree may protect cartilage versus arthritis.

Propolis

Artepillin C, a Typical Brazilian Propolis-Derived Component, Induces Brown-Like Adipocyte Formation in C3H10T1/2 Cells, Primary Inguinal White Adipose Tissue-Derived Adipocytes, and Mice (2016) DOI: 10.1371/1987.pone.0162512
Honey, Propolis, and Royal Jelly: A Comprehensive Review of Their Biological Actions and Health Benefits (2017) DOI: 10.1155/2017/1259510

Propolis and its extracts have antiseptic, antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antiulcer, antibacterial, antimycotic and antifungal properties. A compound in Propolis, Artepillin C, shuts down the metabolic path and supports blood lipids (like cholesterol) and supports healthy blood sugar levels.

Information demonstrated that the oral administration of ArtC (10 mg/kg) substantially caused the formation of brown-like adipocytes and caused expression of PRDM16, coxiv and ucp 1 proteins in iWAT of mice. Through induction of thermogenesis, studies suggest a new approach for treating and preventing weight problems.

Quercetin (Quercetum)

Effect of quercetin on nonshivering thermogenesis of brown adipose tissue in high-fat diet-induced obese mice. (2020)

Quercetin is known for it’s antioxidant activity. A plant pigment (flavonoid), Quercetin is found in many plants and foods, such as green tea, red wine, berries, onions and apples.

An anti-inflammatory, it is thought to reduce swelling, help prevent heart problems, eliminate cancer cells and control blood sugar.

Oleuropein (Olea Europaea)

Oleuropein aglycone enhances UCP1 expression in brown adipose tissue in high-fat-diet-induced obese rats by activating β-adrenergic signaling (2016)

Oleuropein is found in the olive leaf and olive oil and is thought to be one of the most powerful antioxidants in the world. It has been shown to have cardioprotective, anti-cancer, neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory and anti-angiogenic functions.

It is broken down quickly by colonic microflora producing one of its crucial metabolites, Hydroxytyrosol (HT).

But are there natural supplements for weight loss? Pills for belly fat?

Can we buy a herbal fat burner to aid our weight loss goals? Are there pills for belly fat that not only work, but are also natural, made from plant ingredients, non-GMO, non-habit forming and without stimulants?

What if I said, ‘before you go to bed tonight, eat 1/2 teaspoon (before 10pm) and boost your metabolism by over 728%!’? Skeptical? I was too, but then I saw the shocking proof for myself. Within weeks folks have dropped an average of 25.3 lbs, waists have shrunk by 7.2 inches.

Pills for weight loss for females and males can sometimes get a bad rap, but all natural slimming products are not made equally! There is a product with natural fat burning supplements that targets and activates the beloved Brown Fats we’ve been discussing here. In my opinion, the best herbal weight loss product on the market. The ONLY product in the world designed to target low Brown Adipose Tissue (BAT).
